I haven't been listening to Blondie that much anymore lately.
A few years back it was basically ALL I was listening to.
I can really lose myself in music, whenever I need it.
And sometimes, I do. I need.
It's kinda like a drug, a very magical, yet healthy, drug.
Unless of cousre you get caught up in the SD&R&R scene of course and literally lose yourself there...
But nonetheless, it's beautiful, powerful, expressional.
Let's you feel the way you want to feel.
Let's you use it as much as you like.
Gives colour to your life, to your experiences, to the atmosphere.
I can ramble on about music being great for a very long time and push you to listen to everything I like and I love and I get happy about and hope to make you feel the same way...
Won't work.
It's my feelings that respond to the songs I listen to.
It's my ears listening to the words and melodies.
It's my decision to listen to the same songs over and over and over again and enjoy the sometimes very meaningless and random lyrics and decide that after a few years of intense listening to music I still enjoy the same voices.
And it's my choice to keep listening to them in definately.
Ps. And also to ignore others just because.
