When your'e living in a capitol (C) city you're supposed to have a great life.
Well I live in a city like that, Amsterdam.
And I am having a good life here.
There is stuff to do, stuff to smoke (you know,, mostly for tourists) and stuff to look out for.
People always think the worst of cities like Amsterdam cause we can smoke, drink and sleep around with people behind the glass.
We also got the milky way and paradis(e)(o) right in the city...
Cause you know, when you feel like you wanna see The Aggrolites or something you can just go over there and see them...
And that's what I did (surprise surprise)
A friend of mine (and some friends of hers) were going over there and asked me to come.
I'm not an actual ska/reggea fan but it was quite fun!!
I had a really good time and saw a lot of interesting people.

After that I met some friends and we went for a drink or two or three at this stupid tiny café called "De Gieter"
It's really just a small little room with a bar filled with students in every size and look you can imagine.. (typical, polo, trashy, fat, skinny, short, tall, non fat, latté etc.)
The ceiling is covered with OVcards (Public transport tickets).
It's cheap.
It's disgusting,
it's fun.
Anywayyy
After a lot of dumb dutch songs we went to the Leidseplein to meet someone else and then to Paradiso.
It was:
- loud
- not that busy at first but later on wel
- lighty
- beer
- dancy
- stage-y
- crazy
- laughy
- 3 nice songs
- crappy shitty damn music
- annoying people
- cool friends
- fun times
